Alpaca is dedicated to continually building and upgrading our products to make finding trade ideas easier and more enjoyable. We are excited to announce the addition of a number of new features on AlpacaScan!!
You asked and we listened, so now you can filter for price. If you only want to trade stocks between $6 – $7, there’s a filter for that.
We’ve also added over 20 new patterns/indicators for you to search on. You will notice that the toggle bars work much better too! We upgraded them so that it’s now easier to land on the number you want. Here are a few of the significant indicators we added: Doji-gaps, Doji sandwiches, Frypan Bottoms, Dumpling tops and Cups and handles.
We also added autocomplete to our search bar so you can search for specific stocks easier and faster. When you type a letter into the search bar, a list of tickers will pop-up to choose from. Below is a screenshot of how this works.
In addition to the twitter and StockTwits accounts, we are starting the AlpacaScan Instagram account. Check us out on Instagram@AlpacaScan as we will update the feed regularly!
As always, we would love to hear from you. We are available to help anytime through intercom in the lower right corner of the AlpacaScan page. Just leave us a note and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please let us know if there are any features you would like to see or any other feedback you may have.
Check out our new mobile stories . They offer detailed bite sized trade ideas right to your phone. We are still in the early stages but, if you’d like to be one of our beta testers with early access, simply click on this link AlpacaScan Mobile Stories | Alpaca. Check out our scan directly at AlpacaScan and keep up with our alerts on Twitter@AlpacaAlerts, Stocktwits@AlpacaAlerts and Instagram@AlpacaScan.
I will post a weekly market wrap-up this weekend so stay tuned. Have a great weekend everyone and good trading!
